FRESH BRUSCHETTA

Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 French Loaf

Instructions

  1. Cut bread into slices and coat with butter. Broil until brown and crispy.
  2. Cut onion, tomatoes and garlic and place into bowl. Add olive oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper. Let marinade until bread is done.
  3. Top bread slices with bruschetta mixture.
