NO BAKE ENERGY BITES

No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl. Form golf-sized balls of the mixture and place onto a baking sheet.
  2. Put baking sheet into freezer until cold. Store the energy bites in the freezer or fridge until eaten.
