FRIDAY FIVE | EIGHT
These Sam Edelman Lace Up Flats look like real ballet flats. I haven’t bought anything by Sam Edelman before, but there have been a lot of styles cropping up lately. Though, because of the lace-ups, I think this style would definitely go well with a skirt or cropped pants. The nude color goes well with almost everything, too!
I’m not a huge fan of white bags (mostly because I cannot keep white things clean), but this Botkier Tote looks perfect.
Have you heard? Blush is in for spring. I can’t get on board for this one. I’m not a fan of pastels because of how sheer those items seem to be. Plus, my skin is a little red and clashes with light colored items. I really like the style of this cupcakes and cashmere dress, but not sure on the color.
I finally got around to reading Amy Schumer’s book The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo. I really enjoyed learning more about this comedian that is so “big” right now. I saw her movie Trainwreck before and thought it was great. I liked that the book covered a little about her family, too; it was enlightening. But, then again, I didn’t care for her soap box regard gun control. Yes, it was moving (and I teared up a little bit), but that was the only chapter I didn’t care for.
I bought these earrings from Kohls this week. I think they are just a little bit a wow, but still simple. I love the LC Lauren Conrad line. Some of her items are fabulous and some fall short, so there is usually one item I like.
What did you enjoy this week?
